The Youngman Deluxe loft ladder is ideal for relatively high frequency and onerous conditions of use and storage. It has deep, slip resistant treads. It benefits from having a spring assisted pivot arm for a smooth gliding action. It comes complete with two handrails for additional safety. It is adjustable to accomodate a large range of floor to loft floor heights. The loft hatch is attached to unit to aid withdrawal from the loft space.

The Youngman Deluxe is compliant to BS 7553 Class H (Heavy Duty). Full fitting instructions are provided.
