The Exclusives' trap door is made to sandwich construction with full 70mm insulation and is coated with white 3mm masonite on the inside and outside surfaces to match existing decor as well as coming complete with moulded architrave. The timber frame is fitted with a rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss and draught. The spring counterbalancing system makes for smooth and effortless opperation. No inside loft clearance is required as the sections sit on the trap door.
