The NEW Youngman Eco S Line folding loft ladder is suitable for high frequency use. It comes complete with an insulated hatch and timber frame, handrail and rubber feet for added safety, and full fitting instructions. The Eco S Line is made from high quality wood which is FSC cerrtified. It has a improved more robust spring assisted mechanism allowing effortless lowering and stowing. The Eco S Line has  insulated hatch with 20mm insulation No clearance is required inside your loft for this ladder as it folds onto the trap door.  An extension kit is available for ceiling heights of upto 3.5m.
